Well it had to happen sometime, the Under 14's unbeaten run came to an abrupt end this weekend losing out to a strong Buckley side.

Buckley took the lead about 25 minutes into the game after a dominant display by Hawarden, the lads just couldn't convert there chances.
A strike from Arron Davies levelled the score, sharing the spoils at the halfway point.

Into the second half and both teams were battling hard to take the upper hand, a goal from Charlie Bradley took Hawarden into a well deserved lead, only for Buckley to slot 2 goals past our keeper.

The unbeaten run was looking like carrying on with a third goal by Charlie Bradley, only to be deemed offside, a debateable decision, but that's football.

The team have one more game against Deeside Phoenix at home, hopefully taking 3 points into the Christmas break!!
